The Durham Extended Model at Tavistock Farms is a larger version of the Durham model. It is a four-to-five-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath brick-front colonial with cathedral ceilings, covered breezeway, side porch, full lower level and an attached two-car garage. The traditional center-hall colonial layout features a private study with double doors and bookshelves on one side of the spacious foyer, and a formal living room with built-in bookcases and fireplace on the other. Adjoining the formal dining room is a country kitchen featuring horseshoe counters, walk-in pantry and a cheery breakfast area with wet bar opening to a spacious family room with cathedral ceiling and fireplace.
